Explanation of Departments

Executive Department(ExDep)
-King (Gielenior)
-Lords (Provinces)
-Knights (Province districts)

-King watches over the operations of the world , the lords watch their own provinces as well as any other assignments (such as the elites). KNights are appointed men of the lords to manage smaller tasks like recruitment in areas in a province (such as musa point in karamja)

Speculators Department (SpecDep)
-Economy Department(EcoDep)
the managers of tracking and predicting merchanting oppurtunies , and (if the order is given) to manage exchanges between provinces
-Sect Department (SectDep)
Managers of time-zones and schedules , and if there was propaganda (which we DO NOT use) they would be at it.
-Language Department(SpeakDep)
The translators , catalogers , and psychlanguists who help form S.O.G.s special-purpose language designed to be more effeceint and direct in work and code

Military/Martical Depmartment (WarDep)
The generals of Guthix's soilders as well as distributors of war supples.The following specialist army groups are not the only ones.
-Grand Army of Guthix
Headed by the King himself , used in major battles and overtakes all other commands in times of war.
-Player Killing squad
Currently led by Obbi Maula (who has changed names) and zhomeslice1 they are responsible for roaming the wilds and pking worlds to kill other players for resources.
-Province scouts
Leaders varying from province to province , responsible for finding resources , uses and features of the land and any of its Npc's , culture , or terrain. These regiments are normally only in wilder lands such as Karamja of the Desert.

Monk Department or "The Papacy" (Theodep or MOnkdep , currently undeteremined)
Led by Sirmeed. -The scholars who receive information from major figures and the scouts to record it for the monks to supply to recruits. HIstory makes a big chunk of the standardized info.
-The Papacy is in charge of "streamlining" historical information to the scholars to prevent biased history. They also manage affairs with the gods. Occasionally (although this is not in practice) either the scholars , Lords , or the Papacy is in charge of supplying monk robes or small amounts of money for lower-lucked recruits or for monks to gather supplies needed to look like a monk or survive the land they are assigned to.The monks use both peices of the monk robes , past that no specifacation has been made on the rest of the uniform so far except that there are no helms to be worn while monks are on the job.
